The iLEAD International Dinner and Dialogue is an event that has been celebrated at the Mount for the past 5 years. It involves administrators, faculty, staff and students with special invitations for international leaders of the CSD and the Inclusive Excellence Committee to achieve “theory to practice.” Not only do students get the chance to learn about issues that have international implications and thus, add to their global awareness, but it has also created student-research opportunities, letter writing campaigns, and panels to present to a larger community.
Because of COVID-19, adjustments were made. Although there will be no dinner, the International (Dinner and) Dialogue will still take place this spring semester! Dr. Strauss, an associate professor in the history department, will be discussing his trip to Malawi, Africa!
We want to invite you to come out and join us on April 15th, 4:30-5:30 pm! You can attend in person or via Zoom. If you would like to join us in-person, please RSVP by emailing sauers@msmary.edu or j.guerrero@msmary.edu as we are limited by in- person participation!
